I came to Advantage with what ended up to be a simple human mistake any one of us could make, but what I found there was straight up honesty. The sales manager took full responsibility and made me whole with an explanation of exactly what happened, an apology, and then a deal on a new Grand Highlander that was beyond what I expected to make up for the inconvenience. His straight, no excuse way of showing me that respect will keep me here for a long time.

Leased my first Highlander from Toyota with Eric Castro. I walked right in to the store and he greeted me and immediately started helping me find the model and trim I was looking for! He was very helpful and insightful during the test drive and when we spoke about the car during the final walkthrough. He made the negotiation painless and quick. In general, the negotiation was painless and easy! I highly recommend Advantage Toyota of Valley Stream as the establishment itself is very friendly and welcoming.
