I purchased my Camry SE from here on 4/29/26, and the next day I had to go back to the dealership for repairs. Let's discuss the Good: 1. Luis Guzman is super attentive. I found a Camry LE that I wanted on the dealership website, so I went there without making an appointment. Luis G. met me at the door and told me the bad news on that car that I found online, but he was able to show me other Camrys. I test drove the car that I eventually bought, and he was very nice to offer a deal that prevented me from walking out. 2. Luis Valdes makes the car loan a smooth process. Aside from the perpetual wait after a deal was agreed with the sales, Luis V. made the financial aspect of the car buying process easy. He went over everything--including sales on warranties and extra services--and after declining most of them, he compensated my wait time by offering an additional 6-month warranty service. 3. Ross Finkelstein at the front desk was very nice to assist me on the second day when I returned for the repair and contacted Xavier Ascencio at the service team. Xavier explained the repair process and he ordered the parts. When the parts arrive, I will have to return to the dealership for the repair. Now the Bad: 1. Driver side front top window exterior molding tear. Due to the long wait, I left the dealership in rain (which ruined the carwash) and at night. I did not get the chance to inspect the car before leaving. When I arrived home, I inspected my car in the garage and found a deep tear in the top exterior window molding. I was disappointed that the service department did not inspect the car when they were preparing it for the sale. 2. The technology was not fully setup in the vehicle during purchase. When I drove the car off the lot, the CarPlay function kept switching on and off throughout the drive which made the map function on my phone needed to be reset throughout the drive. Over all, the buying experience was pleasant. I hope I won't have to wait for a long time before my return to the dealership for the window molding repair--and it should be covered by warranty.
