Last Saturday, March 8, 2025, I brought my 2024 Grand Highlander in for its annual safety/emission inspection at Advantage Toyota Service Center, located at 400 W Sunrise Highway, Valley Stream, NY 11581, for the first time. From the moment I arrived, the service manager/advisor, Mr. Andy Zollinger (Andy), greeted me warmly and promptly attended to my needs. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident from the start. The atmosphere was professional and exuded expertise. Additionally, I asked Andy to check for a potential factory defect with the front lower bumper strip, and he followed up with an answer before leaving. Professional and fast service department

Came into Advantage to trade in my gladiator for the upcoming 4Runner. My first experience wasn’t great but Tommy called me in to take a look at my trade in and gave me a great value for my truck. They had my 4 runner in route and I ended up coming back with my dad to pick up a Land Cruiser and a Tacoma for him. Our salesman Basil Rabi was very patient and knowledgeable. Tommy and Ross were very professional. Looking forward to enjoying my new 4Runner and recommending this dealer to my friends

I have been taking my car to Advantage Toyota for quite a few years now. My service advisor is Akin, and he has consistently provided excellent service. He takes the time to explain the necessary repairs and maintenance needed. He is very knowledgeable, and I trust all of his recommendations.

Waited over 2.5 hrs to have my car serviced for 5 mins.

I have been doing business with this dealership since 2019 and each visit I am met with courtesy, respect and professionalism. Sales manager Shermica Malcolm always wants the best for me and I've also witnessed that same concern for other customers. Lakeem Burris is very knowledgeable and patient. He thoroughly answered all of my questions about different models and costs. Lastly, Jessica slowly reviewed my financial paperwork with me and answered my questions. Encounters with the service department staff have also been positive. My most recent visit was March 8, 2025. I will continue to recommend this dealership.

My experience with the service department met all stereotypes. Promising and not delivering, not letting me know car won’t be ready for another day to reset a radio and also telling me they will get back to me on question in 2 weeks and never getting back until I came in for service 3 months later. Glad I am done with complimentary service but they won’t see me again. Oh and I just bought another come but from Hyundai
